What are all these benefits?
The new Mooney Parts Portal has been live for Mooney Service Centers for the last few weeks, and is undergoing a significant update for Mooney Assurance partner access. Look to receive a login and member number in the next week for your access. In the meantime, when you call us to order parts, give us your tail number and we’ll make sure your discount is applied.
Part prioritization
You let us know what part you need and based on these requests and your tier, we will build batches of parts based on hierarchy. Once a batch of parts is complete, we will reach out to customers based on tier level first, and then on first come first serve.
You’ll receive access to the Mooney and Lasar technical and engineering support experts. Your tier will determine your priority in queue.
Mooney Assurance Parts Sourcing
As available, exclusive parts access and pricing will be available for members as we pull together groups willing to commit up front to long lead-time, difficult to access parts. We’ll provide near-at-cost options for members who step up and make deposits for mission critical parts. This will allow us to get these much-needed parts back in circulation, by the people, for the people.
How do discounts work?
Your discount is factored on all parts sourced from Mooney International, if have your work done through a Mooney Service Center, you’ll need to inform them that you’re a Mooney Assurance Member so they can work with us to ensure your discount is properly calculated. If you purchase through us, it’s easy, give us your member number and tail number and we’ll get you taken care of.
